Color: Brown and white, with or without ticking or roan patterns.
General characteristics/temperament: The Small Munsterlander Pointer is intelligent, confident, attentive, active, affectionate, and loyal. A versatile hunting dog, they are very driven and must be allowed to hunt or to participate in another physically and mentally challenging exercise for at least an hour each day. They make great family companions when their need for stimulation can be met. Otherwise, they will likely develop behavioral problems. They love to swim also.

Exercise requirement: If not used as a hunting dog, they would require at least an hour of mentally and physically challenging exercise daily.
